I'm first and foremost a Nana to my wonderful grandkids. I started making jewelry a few years ago as a peaceful way to keep my hands busy and my mind relaxed. I love working with the metal wire, shaping and hammering it brings me an inner sort of peace. Picking out the beads for the jewelry I am making is similar to walking on a pebbled beach, all the different colors and textures come alive in my minds eye. I am still learning the technics used in jewelry making, I consider myself a newbie at it but it brings me such peace and relaxation that I hope I can keep learning for the remainder of my time. I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where I also love to garden, paint, listen to music, rockhound, as time allows.
